Requirements for
minor to fly: minor's ID, both parents passports (copy from non-attending
parent (s), and parents' Consent
Form filled out and signed by both parents, and a letter written and
signed from any non-attending parent, which states explicitly that he/she
gives permission for the minor to travel with (name), on (dates), to
(destination).

Cancellation Policy To
keep our prices low, we need a certain number of people for each guided
open charter. If we can’t meet that minimum, we will book you into a
future trip or refund your payment, at your request. All
client cancellations must be made in writing. Final trip payments are
refundable if written cancellation request is received within 15 days of
scheduled travel. Deposits are non-refundable within 60 days of
scheduled travel. |
